If you are not receiving messages on your athletes' accounts, please follow the instructions below.
Sadly, you can't just add an additional e-mail to your athlete's registration. Instead, the additional person needs to have their own account, and the primary account holder who set up your athlete's registration needs to add that person as a Guardian. This is done to make sure that a person has control over their own e-mail address.
Here are the instructions. We have successfully tested these across small groups.

You are not limited in the number of Guardians you can add, so you can add grandparents, siblings or friends who are helping out and need to receive notifications. Just be aware that they will receive all of the same messages we send to you.
