We have figured out why second e-mail addresses are not receiving messages on your athletes' accounts.
Sadly, you can't just add an additional e-mail to your athlete's registration. Instead, the additional person needs to have their own account, and the primary account holder who set up your athlete's registration needs to add that person as a Guardian. This is done to make sure that a person has control over their own e-mail address.
Here are the instructions. We have successfully tested these across small groups. (Thank you to our test families!)

You are not limited in the number of Guardians you can add, so you can add grandparents, siblings or friends who are helping out and need to receive notifications. Just be aware that they will receive all of the same messages we send to you.
Some of you have downloaded the SportEngine Mobile App, but you can't find Mukwonago Lacrosse. We are focusing on this next and believe we have found the issue. Please stay tuned for more information or check the website for updates.
