How to Add Additional E-Mails to Your Account

If you are not receiving messages on your athletes' accounts, please follow the instructions below.

Sadly, you can't just add an additional e-mail to your athlete's registration. Instead, the additional person needs to have their own account, and the primary account holder who set up your athlete's registration needs to add that person as a Guardian. This is done to make sure that a person has control over their own e-mail address.

Here are the instructions. We have successfully tested these across small groups.

  1. The person who set up the registration needs to sign in on .
  2. To get to the Dashboard, click the circle in the upper right with your initials and select "My Account."
  3. On the dashboard, click the Household tab on the left. 
  4. Click on an athlete profile. NOTE: You cannot add a Guardian to the account owner's profile only an athlete profile.
  5. On the right side, under the Guardians header, click the plus sign (+). 
  6. Input the Guardian’s e-mail address to invite them. 
  7. Toggle which athlete profiles this Guardian should manage. (Move the blue dot to the right.) If you have more than one athlete, you can add the Guardian to all of them at once.
  8. Click Send Invitation.
  9. Upon receiving the e-mail invitation, the person should click Accept in the e-mail and follow the instructions. If you don't receive an e-mail invitation, please check your spam/junk folder or have the primary account holder resend the invitation.

You are not limited in the number of Guardians you can add, so you can add grandparents, siblings or friends who are helping out and need to receive notifications. Just be aware that they will receive all of the same messages we send to you.
