How to Sync the Calendar to Your Phone

Go to the Calendar and adjust the tag menu at the bottom so that you only see the events that you want.

Once the calendar displays the items you want, find the SUBSCRIBE TO ICAL link below the calendar. It will pop up a new window that has a very long link at the bottom that starts with "webcal://". Copy that link and follow the instructions below for your phone. 

Sports Engine App Options

You can also push your team's calendar to your phone from the SportsEngine app. Go into the schedule tab. There is a calendar icon in the upper right with a small arrow pointing right. Tap that and follow the instructions.

iPhone (iOS) Instructions

  1. Open your iPhone and tap the Calendar app. 
  2. At the bottom of the screen, tap Calendars.
  3. In the lower left, tap Add Calendar.
  4. Select Add Subscription Calendar. 
  5. Paste the iCal Feed link you have copied in the Subscription URL field. 
  6. Tap Subscribe. 
  7. This next screen allows you to enter the Calendar Name and adjust the color and notifications for the calendar. When you are done, tap Add in the upper right.
  8. In the top-right corner, tap Done. 
  9. Tap your Calendar app to view your calendar. 

Android Instructions

NOTE: You will first need to add the iCal link feed to a Google Calendar.

  1. Go to your Google Calendar. 
  2. Log in to the Google Account that is used on your Android device. 
  3. On the left-side navigation, scroll down and click the plus sign to Other Calendars.  
  4. In the pop-up, click the From URL. 
  5. Paste the iCal feed URL you copied in the next screen. 
  6. Click Add Calendar. 
  7. Open up your Android mobile device. 
  8. Tap the Calendar App. 
  9. In the top-right corner, tap on the three dots. 
    • If you are already logged in to your Google Calendar, tap refresh and skip the remaining steps. 
  10. Tap Manage Calendars. 
  11. Tap Google. 
  12. Sign in to your Google Account. 
  13. Next to the calendar you added, tap the check box. 
  14. Go back to your Calendar App to view the added calendar.
